1.2 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and OSE.
1.3 OSE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
1.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the ‘Consumer Rights Act 2015’.
2.1 Upon booking confirmation, these Terms become legally binding. Any amendments must be agreed in writing by OSE.
2.2 A booking is confirmed only when full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Deposits may be permitted for certain events. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the event date.
2.4 Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
2.5 All payments must be made in GBP using approved methods listed on our website.
2.6 Prices and availability are subject to change until payment is made. In the event of an “obvious and unmistakable” error (e.g., £10 instead of £100), OSE reserves the right to cancel the booking even if confirmation has been issued.
3.1 All tickets, hospitality packages, and event services are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.2 If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled and OSE receives a refund from the organiser.
3.3 OSE guarantees that valid tickets will be issued prior to the event. If we are unable to provide the booked category, we will issue an upgrade to a superior category at no additional cost where possible.
3.4 OSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
3.5 All ticket allocations are for home seating areas only. Away colours, banners, or opposition support are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may lead to refusal of entry or ejection without refund.
4.1 You must provide accurate personal details, including full names and nationalities, at the time of booking.
4.2 You must behave responsibly and lawfully at all events. Disorderly or inappropriate conduct may result in ejection without refund.
4.3 Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless specifically stated otherwise.
4.4 Children do not qualify for discounted tickets unless expressly noted.
5.1 All bookings are final, and cancellations are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated.
5.2 Name changes may be permitted up to 14 days before the event, subject to an administration fee per person.
5.3 If OSE cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund or an alternative package of equal value.
5.4 If you no longer wish to attend, OSE may attempt to resell tickets on your behalf. Any refund or credit will be based solely on the resale value achieved.
5.5 If an event is moved (e.g., due to scheduling changes), tickets remain valid. If you cannot attend, OSE may attempt resale but is under no obligation to provide a refund. We will:
6.1 OSE is not liable for cancellations, postponements, or losses arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

6.3 For reduced-capacity events, OSE will try to accommodate all customers; however, we may cancel bookings if allocations are cut. A credit will then be issued or a refund(s) depending on whether OSE receives funds back from suppliers.
6.4 If travel restrictions prevent you from attending but the event goes ahead, OSE may attempt resale at the current market rate but is not obligated to issue refunds.
7.1 Complaints must be raised during the event where reasonably possible so that corrective action can be taken.
7.2 Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days after the event to mailto:bookings@onesource.eventsbookings@onesource.events.
7.3 OSE will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aims to resolve them within 28 days.
8.1 OSE is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations or changes, including accommodation, travel, insurance, or any ancillary costs.
8.2 Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the booking.
8.3 OSE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to, loss of enjoyment, business interruption, emotional distress, or loss of earnings.
9.1 Ticket formats vary by club or organiser and may include e-tickets, mobile tickets, flash seats, or in limited cases, physical collection.
9.2 Tickets are typically issued 1–7 days before the event but may vary depending on the organiser.
9.3 OSE will make reasonable efforts to seat groups together, though this cannot be guaranteed for all events.
10.1 OSE processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By booking with us, you consent to the processing of your personal data for event administration and communication purposes.
